It excludes bankroll funding and treasury movements, hot-wallet rotation between tracked and untracked addresses, off-chain settlement, bonus liability, provider costs and operating expenditure, and it is materially distorted by individual high-variance player outcomes. The seller provides a full GGR and NGR reconciliation against operator books in the data room.
